Matrix Standard for Northants Dyslexia Association
NDA is now a matrix Accredited Information, Advice and Guidance service provider. The matrix Standard is a quality assurance award that recognises NDA works to accepted national standards and criteria.
This achievement is another milestone in the development of NDA as a professional agency working with and for people with dyslexia. It also means that their families and employers and learning providers can be even more confident in the work of NDA.
The matrix Standard is the unique quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work. The matrix Standard is useful for organisations that deliver information, advice and/or guidance to external clients as part of their business and also for employers who are committed to developing their people.
