NDA Helpline goes for Quality
NDA has been accepted as a full member of the prestigious national Telephone Helpline Association (THA). This is part of our drive to improve the quality of our services to people in the county. The THA provides training and a quality assurance award to Helplines throughout the UK. NDA will be sending its Helpliners on THA training courses in 2008.
All this is made possible by the development work taking place in our INCA project (INcreasing CApacity to support dyslexic adults in work and learning).
