Screening
A screening test assesses the level of risk that a person may be dyslexic. It may also give information about an individual's learning style, which can help identify the most effective way to work or study.
Assessment
A diagnostic assessment report is a more in depth investigation which can identify dyslexia and give detailed information about the needs of an individual. It is sometimes undertaken following a screening test that has indicated a high risk of dyslexia.
NDA offers both a screening and assesment service
We can provide :
- The Lucid Adult Dyslexia Screening Test (LADS). This is a computer based test.
- The Dyslexia Adult Screening Test (DAST). This is a pen and paper based test.
- A Full Diagnostic Assessment carried out by a specialist with dyslexia qualifications.
