It could help to develop new skills, make a career change, earn more money, get more out of life and possibly identify training and learning needs. It is about self development, and may also help to improve career prospects, obtain qualifications or make the most of current employment.
This service can help to improve confidence, motivation and also identify barriers and help to overcome them. NDA can offer a face-to-face, confidential advice interview and can even help with CVs, interview or job search skills if unemployed.
